In addition to the usual safety requirements when handling orders, we also implement additional measures to ensure the security of everyone:
if the slightest symptom of the disease occurs, the couriers will stop work and inform the Takeout office
although our couriers have always placed a strong emphasis on hand hygiene; from now on, we will also avoid excessive direct contact with the employees and customers of the catering establishment
our couriers are equipped with additional disinfectants and other hygiene products
if you want to exclude contact with the courier, please indicate your preference when placing an order in the comments box
we also temporarily suspend card payments and cash settlements with the customer, prepayment solutions remain: bank link, credit card and corporate credit
To reduce the risk of infection, couriers do not transport food to hospitals, clinics or other medical facilities.
That being said!
According to the European Food Safety Authority, there is no evidence that COVID-19 is transmitted to humans via food. There is also no evidence that anyone is infected by touching the food packaging of COVID-19. Nevertheless, we always recommend washing your hands before and after eating!
